Do you sell or hire out milk crates?
Blue milk crates are a re-usable form of packaging and these belong to Dairy Farmers. Milk crates are used to transport our milk and dairy products to supermarkets, convenience stores and other retail outlets. Every milk crate lost from our system directly impacts our farmer owners as it costs their business money to replace them.

Therefore we don’t sell or hire out milk crates.

Dairy Farmers conducts ongoing market research to assist in the development of new products, flavours and packaging in keeping with market and consumer expectations.

Dairy Farmers does not accept or seek unsolicited ideas for new products, packaging, marketing, advertising and research or business operations.

Why do your products have different prices at different stores?
The ultimate decision for product pricing is made by the retail outlet stocking the product.

Should I consume dairy products after the best before date?
