Mil Lel Parmesan (Block, Shred and Shaved)
Mil Lel Parmesan has been awarded the coveted award of “World’s Best Parmesan” at the World Cheese Championship in Wisconsin in March 2008. Mil Lel Parmesan is hand crafted using the finest ingredients and is carefully aged up to 12 months to provide a full, well rounded parmesan flavour. Mil Lel Parmesan is available in versatile block as well as convenient shredded and shaved packs.

Mil Lel Extra Aged Parmesan (Wedge)
Mil Lel Extra Aged Parmesan is aged up to 24 months, for an extra sharp, bitey flavour. Extra Aged Parmesan is authentic Italian style cheese with a hard granular texture.

Mil Lel Romano (Block and Wedge)
Mil Lel Romano is an authentic Grana Cheese made using the finest ingredients. Hand crafted, Mil Lel Romano is aged up to 15 months to guarantee a full flavour. Romano is a Parmesan style cheese with a stronger, distinctive and tangy flavour, perfect to give your meals a flavour boost.

Mil Lel Romano was voted the best hard cheese at the Australian Grand Dairy Awards in 2008 and 2007.

Mil Lel Pecorino (Wedge)
Mil Lel Pecorino is a full bodied Italian style cheese with a sharp, robust flavour. A traditional grana cheese made with the finest ingredients, Mil Lel Pecorino is aged up to 9 months. Traditionally a sheep’s milk product, this cheese is made from cows milk, and is an ideal addition to salads or shaved over pasta.

Mil Lel Parmesan Style Cheese with Pepper (Wedge)
Hand crafted, Mil Lel Parmesan style cheese with pepper is authentic Pepato cheese spiced with black peppercorns. This cheese has a similar taste and texture to parmesan, but with the added flavour of black peppercorns to spice up your meals. Aged up to 6 months. Mil Lel Parmesan style with pepper is a superb table cheese, ideal for both cooking and anti-pasto.
