White Chocolate, Custard and Raspberry Desserts

Method

Ingredients
  1. Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl or in a glass bowl over gently simmering water (Avoid water or steam coming into contact with the chocolate as it will seize up).
  2. Divide the melted chocolate between four small drinking glasses about 1 cup capacity.
  3. Place glasses sitting flat into the freezer to set the chocolate for approximately 5 minutes.
  4.  When set add and divide the raspberries between the glasses then add a 1/3 cup of custard to each glass and finish with whipped cream and shaved or grated white chocolate.
  5. Serve or re-chill until ready to serve.

Suggestion

Ingredients

Place frozen raspberries into a bowl and allow to thaw slightly before gently mashing with a fork this will make it easier to measure out ½ a cup.
