Yogurt in dips

European Yogurt successfully substitutes for Sour Cream in all sorts of dips such as Guacamole and Beetroot dip. The yogurt dip will be slightly softer than the Sour Cream variety. See how quick and easy the dip is below:

Spinach and Feta Dip
Finely chop 1 bunch of cooked spinach (silver beet) in a food processor. Add 200g crumbled feta cheese, 1 cup European, Traditional or Traditional Lite Yogurt, 1 clove crushed garlic, ¼ cup finely chopped fresh dill and cracked black pepper. Process until combined. Serve topped with a sprinkle of toasted pine nuts.
