Easy dips using Sour Cream

You’ll love the flavour of these creamy fresh dips, and the cost saving. They are so easy to make. Really, it’s only a matter of mixing a few ingredients together. Don’t just limit dips to crackers — spread on pita bread or lavosh or dollop on a baked jacket potato.
Laksa dip –– combine equal quantities of Sour Cream and laksa paste. Serve topped with coarsely chopped coriander leaves.
Pesto dip –– combine equal quantities of pesto sauce and Sour Cream. Serve topped with toasted pine nuts.
Spicy Tomato and Coriander dip — combine equal quantities of tomato chutney and Sour Cream. Stir in a generous amount of chopped fresh coriander leaves and top with coarsely chopped toasted cashews.
Corn Relish dip — combine equal quantities of corn relish and Sour Cream. Serve with corn chips. 
Sun dried Tomato dip — combine equal quantities of sun dried tomato pesto and Sour Cream. Stir in a generous amount of coarsely chopped fresh basil and top with toasted pine nuts.
